We moved!

It is official, we have officially moved out of our rental house and into our new house.  There are boxes and piles of stuff everywhere!  It is amazing how quickly we got used to having a garage.  No garage at the new house, so all of that stuff needs to find a new home INSIDE!  It will be a work in progress, but I am excited about our new home and look forward to getting settled. 

4th of July!

We took a day off to make a long weekend out of the Holiday wekeend and joined my family on Isle of Palms for a few days. 

We celebrated the 4th in our red, white and blue!

We took the girls to try and get their pictures.  Of course, I had the camera on the wrong setting the entire time, so I completely botched the photo shoot!

We listened to some live music at the Marina.

 I even enjoyed a delicious non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri!  

It was a great holiday weekend!  

New house

We closed on a new house last week and now the updating is underway!  Lee didn't waste anytime finding some guys to get started with the minor work we wanted to have done before moving in.  We are painting, sanding, moving a few doors around and planning an outdoor space expansion!  I can't wait to see how it all turns out.  I think all of this work is going to make a big difference!
